Francis has been working in the industry for many years andhas worked for several different companies.

For Marvel, he has worked on the miniseries Supervillain Team up: MODOK’s 11; Heroes for Hire; a lengthy stint as artist in Black Panther; Wolverine: First Class; and the Halo: Blood Line miniseries.

For DC Comics, he did long runs for the New-52 Legion of Superheroes series, Trinity of Sin: Pandora, also some issues of Animal Man, Batman & Robin, and Green Lantern.

At Valiant Entertainment, Francis did the Faith miniseries,arcs in the series Ivar-Timewalker, Generation Zero and Quantum & Woody,and one shots of Archer & Armstrong, Rai and Ninjak.
